First Day of School Information
Good afternoon parents.  It’s nearly impossible to believe that the 2021-22 school year begins tomorrow. Ready or not...here it is!  We are looking forward to a wonderful year with full in-person learning.  I just wanted to share a few last minute reminders:

Drop-Off (7:35-7:50)- Please pull up as far as possible to help with the flow of traffic.
  • 6th grade and softball players- Please drop 6th graders off at the north entrance or the parking lot directly across from the north entrance.
  • 8th grade and baseball players- Please drop 8th graders off at the south (main) entrance.
  • 7th grade- May be dropped off at either entrance.
Pick-Up (2:52)- Please find a parking space in front of the building or in one of the parking lots (across from the north entrance or behind the south (main) gym).

When Students Arrive at School:
  • Students who are eating breakfast should report immediately to the cafeteria upon arrival. After breakfast, they may go to their lockers and then first hour. First hour begins at 7:55.
  • All other students may go to their locker upon arrival and then to first hour.
  • Students with band instruments may drop these off in the band storage room upon arrival at school.
  • Students with baseball or softball bags should put these in the following locations immediately upon arrival at school:
    • Baseball-  Locker room below Coach Vogel’s office
    • Softball- Coach Lehman’s room- 113
Health Reminders
  • Please certify your child in Miinehealth every morning before he/she arrives at school.
  • Please remember that masks are currently required of all students, staff, and visitors while indoors.
Water
  • Students should bring a clear water bottle to school every day. Water bottle fillers are available, but water fountains are not.  We will have extras in case students forget; however, we really need for students to get in the habit of bringing one in case we run out.
It’s going to be a great year...see you tomorrow!
