General Announcements

Happy Friday! As a reminder, to attend sporting or extra-curricular events after school, you must be in attendance a full day unless it is pre-approved by an administrator.

Any freshman that wants to walk with the Class of 2028 must bring a bag of candy to the homecoming parade and sign up outside of Mrs. Goeddel's room D118.

Any sophomore that wants to walk with the Class of 2027 must bring a bag of candy to the homecoming parade and sign up at D210.

Sophomores (Class of 2027) will be having an apparel  fundraiser saie Oct. 14 - end of the month.  The t-shirt order form will be listed in the Class of 2027 google classroom and available in person mid October.

Any junior wishing to be in the parade with the class of 2026 should sign up w Mr. Demijan

ATTENTION Juniors-- anyone able to help decorate our hallway for homecoming should plan to stay after school today, September 27th and meet your class upstairs.  Any questions, see

Any senior that wants to walk with the Class of 2025 must bring a bag of candy to the homecoming parade and sign up. Sign up sheets are posted on Mrs. Nold and Mrs. Stolte's doors. 

Due to the limited number of students signed up, we will have to cancel our Band Fan bus to Belleville West. If possible, we still encourage those who are able to still go and support our Marching Bulldogs as they compete on Saturday at 4:30 PM.

Waterloo FFA's ag sales team placed 1st in the section competition on Wednesday. They were led by Maliha Kloth who placed first, Cali Brumit in 3rd, Maya Woodard in 5th, and Sydney Woodard in 16th. The team will be advancing to district in early November. Congratulations!

Homecoming tickets will be on sale next week during lunches for $20. You must have your guest form turned in and approved before you can purchase a guest ticket. Guest forms are located in the main office and due by October 3. If you wait to purchase your ticket at the door, they will be $25 and you must have your student ID with you to purchase. You cannot purchase guest tickets at the door.

Early bird orders for Orange Crush shirts are being taken now until Monday, September 30.See Mrs. Dehler in E101 to get an order form. Check out the Orange Crush Google Classroom for more info!

Spanish, German and ART clubs will be doing Chalk on the sidewalk next Tuesday the 1st of October from 3-4:30, sign up with your Sponsor if interested in attending.

DONUTS!! DONUTS!! It’s that time of year again… The Raging Bulldogs Hockey team is selling Krispy Kreme donuts Saturday morning September 28th starting at 7:00 AM! We will be at two locations in Waterloo (Moto Mart and 4-way by Tennis Courts) 

Guidance

Any junior interested in taking the PSAT test on Friday, October 11th should sign up online and bring in a check for $18 to guidance.  Check your email for the sign up form.

Athletics

Your volleyball team's Dig 4 Pink sales begin today and run through next Wednesday,October 2 at lunch. Please help us support the fight against breast cancer by purchasing a t-shirt, all proceeds go to The Sideout Foundation.  The Dig 4 Pink match will be hosted by Gibault on Thursday, October 10.

Attention Fall Athletes:  All freshman thru seniors have the opportunity to nominate a coach as September Coach of the Month.  Coaches may be head or assistant coaches.  Nomination forms can be found at www.whsbulldogs.com.  Look under Inside Athletics.  Nominations should be connected to one performance or relationship skill.  As a reminder, those skills can also be found under Inside Athletics on the website.  Nominations are due by the end of school on Tuesday 10-1-24.
