Guidance
Hey WHS! Did you know 'tis the season for...STRESS?! Come clear your mind and learn some fun new strategies to help you manage stress and prepare for finals. Guidance is hosting "Stress Management Mondays" on Dec 16th during late start in the library. We want to help you beat those winter blues and build a strong, confident mind for semester exams. The Waterloo Wrestling team defeated Althoff last night, moving their record to 5-0. Evan Fink and Brett Howard both recorded pins, with Howard pinning his opponent in 7 seconds.
