Guidance
ILLINOIS BOYS STATE: The American Legion in Waterloo wants to sponsor a junior, male student to attend the Illinois Boys State Convention. This week-long program gives students the opportunity to create a mythical 51st state government, designed to mirror the structure of Illinois local, county, and state governments while training students in citizenship, leadership, and character development. The program is held on the campus of Eastern Illinois University from June 10-16, 2023. Not only does it look good on a resume, but participants in various aspects of the program become eligible for scholarships. Interested junior, male students should come to guidance for more information by May 2nd.
Kennel Klub is looking for energetic and committed workers who are available for after school hours for the fall session. We have Lead and Assistant positions available.
