Category 1
Category 1 is for school use. This includes sports teams, cheerleaders, chorus, student council meetings, ACT testing, and other school activities as well as band parents, sports boosters, and other board approved organizations.
Categories 2 & 3
IMPORTANT INFORMATION for Categories 2 & 3
Categories 2 & 3 are for non-school affiliated individuals/groups/organizations. Category 2 is for Not For Profit Groups or For Profit Groups with WCUSD #5 participants. Category 3 is For Profit Groups with non-WCUSD#5 participants.
Requests for each school year will not be accepted until July 1st. Any request submitted prior to July 1, will be denied and/or deleted and you will have to resubmit the request after July 1.
Renters must provide for their own liability insurance protection and name Waterloo Community Unit School District No. 5 at 302 Bellefontaine Dr. as an additional insured. The minimum amount of insurance is $1,000,000
